Plot Summary:
Jack Ryan, the hero of Tom Clancy’s techno-thriller series, returns in the sequel to _The Hunt for Red October_. Ryan is on vacation in England when he spoils an assassination attempt on an important member of the Royal Family. Jack Ryan and his family are vacationing in England. Quite by accident, Ryan thwarts a terrorist attack - outside Buckingham Palace on Lord Holmes, a member of the royal family - by a splinter IRA group, killing the younger brother of one of the terrorists.
